Journey into Rails

Back in early July, I visited CoLab Orlando. There, I was impressed with the new generation of web technology. It seems that I am a bit of a dinosaur, you know, being 30.

So I’m looking to update my hard tech skills. I was really into ASP in it’s prime, I’ve been into PHP and ASP.Net alternately over the years. I have drifted away from hardcore web tech since I’ve been employed in IT and I want to get back to it. I’m thinking that Ruby is the current next-big-thing.

The truth is, I know nothing about Ruby. It’s going to be a from new learning process. With that I’m going to dive into it and hope to blog about it all along the way. Check back frequently for my progress.
